The Ballyjamesduff playground has re-opened "after a number of unforeseen delays".
The playground, at the Cavan County Museum, closed in March of last year due to health and safety concerns after its rubber surface started lifting up.
Speaking to Northern Sound, local councillor Trevor Smith said the Council sought funding for repairs, but faced "frustrating" delays due to supply issues.
Cllr Smith says he "glad" to see the playground open once again and added that it will open in the mornings and be closed in the evenings.
