The Principal of Ballyhaise College has welcomed the €3m in funding that the education centre has received from the Department of Agriculture.

It's the latest part of a ten year development plan for the College.

The Agriculture Minister says a "healthy and respectful relationship" is needed between farmers and retailers.

Minister McConalogue says the campaign is in response to "unprecedented fertiliser prices" and potential supply concerns.
