Ballyconnell company Ballytherm has been sold.
55 people are currently employed by the company, which was owned by the Reilly and Cosgrove families.
An announcement from the company today says the businesses Irish and UK operations are to be sold to Xtratherm, which is part of the Unilin group of manufacturing companies.
Ballytherm has manufactured insulation products for almost 20 years at its site in Ballyconnell.
In 2019 it expanded to acquire a 15 acre site and 257,000 square foot manufacturing site in Herefordshire in the UK.
The company is currently owned by Brendan and Siobhan Cosgrove and Gerry and Gemma Reilly.
The deal will be completed later this year, subject to approval of regulators.
In a statement to Northern Sound News, Managing Director of Ballytherm Brendan Cosgrove said the company "is an important employer within the local economies of Cavan and Fermanagh, and we are confident its future is in safe hands".
