The Ballybay-Clones LEA has the highest 14 day incidence rate in the Northern Sound Region.
It is the only area locally to have a rate that exceeds 3,000.
There have been 527 cases confirmed in the Ballybay-Clones MD over the past two weeks.
This has led to an incidence rate of 3,054, the highest in the region.
The Carrickmacross- Castleblayney LEA, which previuolsy had one of the lowest rates in the country, is now just behind that on 2,682 after 575 cases over the same period.
Despite recording the second highest number of cases in the county the Monaghan Local Electoral Area has the lowest incidence rate at 2,458.
Over in Cavan, the Cavan-Belturbet LEA has recorded 421 cases over the past fortnight and has the highest incidence rate in the county at 1,621.
It’s followed by Bailieborough-Cootehill on 1,556 after 380 cases.
Meanwhile, Ballyjamesduff which had recorded the highest incidence rate nationally a number of months ago is bottom of the list across both counties with 321 cases and a rate of 1,244.
Each Local Electoral Area in the region, excluding Ballyjamesduff, has a 14 day incidence rate higher than the national average of 1,410.
