Two MACE stores each in Cavan and Monaghan were honoured at the recent MACE Excellence Awards for achieving exceptional standards in retailing. Skelly's MACE Ballyjamesduff and White's MACE in Loch Gowna in Cavan both received MACE Excellence Awards at a ceremony in Naas, Co Kildare. The Co Monaghan stores who received the same award are Aidan Boyd, Boyd's MACE Smithborough and John McKeown, McKeown's MACE in Ballybay.
The Excellence Awards, are only awarded to MACE stores that pass an intensive year-long inspection. Congratulating the winners, Keith Crawford of MACE said; " I want to congratulate Peter and Judy Skelly and Mairead White and their teams. Their efforts have been truly outstanding and their recognition is very well-deserved."
