'People in Glass houses' is a book based on conservation, heritage, preservation and restoration.
That's according to Belfast-based author M R O'Donnell, whose wife and in-laws hail from Co Monaghan.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Mr O'Donnell said his family links with Monaghan makes it "all the more special" that his latest book is currently on sale in the local Easons store in Monaghan Town.
He went on to highlight how his work as a chartered surveyor, who explores restored Victorian glasshouse structures helped inspire him to write this piece of work:
"I decided to play on the metaphor of people in glass houses, in that people in glass houses should never throw stones. To put it another way scripturally, judge lest ye be judged. Who am I, who are we, to dictate or to judge people's life choices"
