An ATM has returned to Arva after the last banks withdrew from the town last year.
When Bank of Ireland decided to end operations in five towns across Cavan and Monaghan in October, it marked for some the removal of the last 24 hour accessible cash machines.
The new Euronet ATM is located outside the Credit Union on Main Street in Arva and became fully operational yesterday.
Chair of the Arva Town Development Association, Ray Brady said it shows that the town wants to continue to grow.
