Arachas, the country's largest nationwide insurance broker, has announced its agreement to acquire John Brady Insurances Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Loughduff, Cavan, the purchase of John Brady Insurances is in line with Arachas' strategic plans to bolster its presence in the Border and Midlands region as part of its national growth plan.
Founded in 1955, John Brady Insurances Limited is a family-owned brokerage, primarily serving the local market and the surrounding area.
The company is run by Ciaran Brady, who is supported by a wider team, with both personal lines and commercial line products.
Post-acquisition, Ciaran Brady and all staff will transition into the Arachas business, expanding the Arachas footprint in the region, while continuing to provide their customers with the excellent service they are accustomed to.
