The Education Minister has granted approval for a major extension for a Co Cavan National School.
The works at St Anne’s National School in Bailieborough will include the addition of six mainstream Classrooms, a Special Education Teaching Room, and 3 Special Education Needs Rooms.
The project received approval today and will now progress to the next stage.
Local TD Niamh Smyth has welcomed the news and congratulated the school’s principal Paul Corcoran, alongside the staff and Board of Management at St Anne’s for their hard work on this project.
Her party colleague, Deputy Brendan Smith, has also welcomed the approval.
