Appeal issued over Bailieboro burglary

Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a burglary in Bailieboro. The incident took place at a property on Henry Street on the 29th of October between 7am and 4.30pm.

The homeowner left his property for the day and on his return noted an envelope with a large sum of cash was stolen. From enquires two male culprits entered the property from the Kells Road or Virginia Road direction onto Henry Street at approximately 11.50am wearing black clothing. If you can recall Tuesday the 29th of October and recall seeing these males please get in touch with the Detective Unit in Bailieboro.
