The annual Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge got underway this morning.
The 13th annual fundraising event started at the Moylagh Community Centre at 6am.
Cancer patient and avid walker, Declan Brady, is one of many taking part to raise funds for The Irish Cancer Society, LARCC, and Palliative Care.
Last year, just months after receiving his bowel cancer diagnosis and whilst going through chemotherapy treatment, the Mountnugent man walked half of the Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge.
To date, the Challenge has raised over €1.2 million for cancer patients and their families.
