The annual Kells Road Races that was due to take next month has been cancelled.
Organisers of the event confirmed in a post on social media that the 2023 motor biking weekend has been shelved for this year.
They have cited the lack of insurance cover in the republic as the main reason for its cancelation.

The 29-year-old Meath club say the decision has come with great frustration and extreme disappointment but there main focus now as a club is to work towards the racing event in 2024.
