Close to €1 million has been announced to community groups across Cavan and Monaghan.
The funding comes from the Community Centres Investment Fund, and will see improvements made to community centres, GAA, clubs, parish halls and youth centres.
15 community groups in Cavan, and 28 in Monaghan are to benefit from the funding.

Amounts of between €9,000 and €25,000 have been awarded to the 43 groups, totalling just €981,000.
Speaking to Northern Sound News, Minister Heather Humphreys said the money can be used in a variety of ways.
