With a guide asking price of €900,000, the 78-acre property at Drumheel, Virginia includes two lots of 48 and 30 acres each; four sheds; derelict residences and is, according to the auctioneers, well-fenced.
Described as "a well-developed farm under top quality pasture", the land is hedged and fenced and the farmyard contains accommodation for approximately 400 cattle. According to Daft.ie the area has "elevated free-draining land" and is "ideally situated" next to the N3 between Kells and Virginia. Auctioneers Raymond Potterton and Co. are organising the public auction for 3pm on Wednesday, 22nd November in their auction rooms and online.
