All-Ireland final fever is sweeping through Co Armagh. Armagh and Galway go head-to-head in the footballer decider in Croke Park this Sunday. One man who knows all about the showpiece occasion says the supporters can play a big part. Steven McDonnell scored the winning point against Kerry in 2002 - the only time Armagh has ever won the Sam Maguire.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Steven said that he is in "admiration" of the current players, highlighting the serious amount of "pride" and "colour" that is running throughout the orchard county. "If I has one message to the players it would be to grasp this opportunity, it may not ever come again," explained the former GAA star. "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to go and win an All-Ireland. They're good enough to do it and hopefully they can emulate what we done 22 years ago and bring Sam back up the road."
