The executive of IALPA will meet today to discuss the Labour Court proposal aimed at ending the pay dispute at Aer Lingus.

Pilots will find out today if their pay demands will be met at Labour Court talks with Aer Lingus.

The pilots union IALPA is scheduled to carry out work to rule from Wednesday and an eight-hour strike on Saturday.

Aer Lingus management has invited pilots to talks ahead of a work-to-rule beginning on Wednesday. 

Passengers impacted will be given the option to change their flights, or cancel them and claim a voucher or refund.

The indefinite work-to-rule comes after a vote to strike over pay.

Any customer impacted by yesterday's disruptions will be able apply for a refund or change their travel plans, free of charge.
