Abbott Ireland has been given conditional planning permission to extend its facility in Co Monaghan.
The decision at Dromore West, Cootehill will also allow for an extension to facilitate ingredient storage and loading as well as the incorporation of three storeys with associated mezzanine floors that will include office space.
Meanwhile, a planning application by the company - which came under appeal - was subsequently withdrawn.

It proposed a new entrance located at the northern end of the site to include new stone entrance walls, sliding entrance gate, automated barrier system, a fully serviced single storey security hut, and access road to link the new entrance.
