A local councillor has advised parents that the A69 post primary school bus service to Emyvale will not be operational this evening. According to Sinn Fein's Bronagh McAcree, parents are encouraged to make alternative arrangements for transport home.
The inspector endeavoured to cover this service which suffered a breakdown but unfortunately, Cllr McAcree confirmed to Northern Sound that the service was unable to operate as no contractor was available at such short notice. Speaking to Northern Sound, Cllr McAree says Bus Eireann has apologised for any inconvenience caused. She also encouraged parents to make alternative arrangements for transport home this evening.
