Another scorching day lies ahead today.
Met Eireann's status yellow high temperature warning could see it getting as hot as 32 degrees in places.
The highest heat in the country yesterday was recorded in the Phoenix Park in Dublin, which hit 29.3 degrees.

Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather says temperatures could be "record breaking".
"There is a very hot day ahead today," he added.
"Temperatures will get close to record breaking.

"And, it will be that little bit cooler near the coast."
