A Monaghan man featured in The Great House Revival has revealed that while the renovation is "far from finished", he is happily "living on site".
In 2019, Paul McPhillips and his wife Judith Caffrey bought Anderson's pub in the village of Drum.
The popular RTÉ home renovation show highlights the journey of "budding restorers and ruinous wrecks", and the couple's efforts hit the screen in April of this year.
With a purchase price of just €43,000, it left them with a budget of €250,000 to restore half of it as their home.
