The colourful 56th annual Erne Boat Rally is set to take place this year on Friday the 2nd of June.
The rally is a cross-border event which will see boats travel across the river from Belturbet to Belleek, with a number of stops planned enroute.
The committee members tasked with staging the event are selected from the Belturbet and Lough Erne branches and the role of commodore alternates between North and South each year.
Pauric Leddy, the Chairman of the Erne Boat Rally group says he is looking forward to assuming the commodore role for the first time.
The vice commodore is Glen Latimer from the Lough Erne branch and the rear commodore is local man, Damian Mundy from the Belturbet branch.
Chairman Pauric Leddy says up to 55 cruisers will participate in the cross border event.
