500,000 thousand Euros worth of Monaghan town vouchers still to be redeemed

Half a million euro worth of Monaghan town vouchers are still to be redeemed.

People are being encouraged to use any vouchers they might have, and support local businesses that are reopening after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Currently over 140 businesses in north Monaghan accept the vouchers in lieu of cash.

Alan Johnston from the Monaghan Town Team said they could be very beneficial at this time of year.
