Monaghan has the lowest number of Ukrainian pupils enrolled at both secondary and primary schools in the country.
That's according to new information released today by the Department of Education that shows the county having 98 children enrolled between primary and post primary schools.
66 are in enrolled at primary schools across the county while 32 are attending local post primary schools.
Cavan has 345 children enrolled from the war torn country with 239 at primary and 106 at secondary schools.
Nationally, the department confirmed at the end of the school year there was 15,625 Ukrainian pupils enrolled across the country.
10,141 of them were in attendance at primary school level and 5,484 were enrolled at post primary.
Data indicated an enrolment rate of 88% among Ukrainian children aged 5-18.
The Department of Education wishes to thank school communities and stakeholders at local and national level across the country for their engagement, collaboration and support in accommodating Ukrainian pupils in Irish primary and post-primary schools over the exceptional past school year.
