4 local food processing plants are set to receive over €14.8 million (€14,892,883) to diversify in light of Brexit.
There are 22 projects nationally that will benefit from under this €70 million Capital Investment Scheme.
In Cavan McCarren Meats, will receive €3,995,964 with Liffey Meats, in Ballyjamesduff allocated €4,980,000.
In Monaghan, Kepak in Ballybay is set to receive €916,919 while Silver Hill Foods in Emyvale have been granted the most locally at €5million.
