A Cork man running 32 marathons around Ireland has celebrated reaching the half-way point on his challenge in County Cavan.
Endurance athlete Conor O'Keeffe is raising money for Pieta House and using his campaign to highlight the importance of positive mental health.
Today is his 16th consecutive day of running, and he ticked Cavan off the list with an early morning marathon around Killykeen Forest Park.
He started running with a 32 pound weighted vest, and is removing one pound for every run he completes to represent the weight of depression being lifted off a person.
He told Northern Sound there's more to it than the physical aspect.
