Monaghan County Council is seeking expressions of interest for the use and operation of the outdoor recreational facility at Lough Muckno. The Council are seeking expressions of interest from interested parties to enter into a 3-year lease agreement for the use and operation of the buildings, adjacent water facilities and surrounding areas.
Expressions of interest may be submitted via email at [email protected] or alternatively in hard copy format to Carrickmacross-Castleblayney Municipal District Office. The closing time and date for receipt of Expressions of Interest is 4pm on Friday the 20th of December 2024. According to Monaghan County Council, submissions should be clearly labelled ‘Lough Muckno Recreational Facility’.
