Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in Co. Monaghan. The application proposes to construct 22 homes in Mulladuff, Smithborough. The proposal was submitted by Boylan Brothers.
The construction would comprise of 20 two-storey and two single-storey semi-detached homes. The submission also includes the development of a new site entrance onto the existing public road, connection to the existing public sewer and all ancillary site works.
County planners have received the application earlier this week.
