Twenty new homes are planned for Cavan. Construction firm, Latt Properties, which has a partial address in Cavan Town has applied to the council to construct 20 new residences. According to their application, their plans are to construct 16 three-bedroom and two two-bedroom units at Swellan Upper.
There are also plans for two one-bedroom bungalows. The development will be a new estate and will include "the creation of landscaped communal open spaces". This latest application for 20 new residential properties in Cavan will add to the 249 commencement notices for new homes in County Cavan in 2023.
