Members of the Monaghan Roads Policing Unit yesterday detected two unaccompanied learner permit drivers within ten minutes of each other. As a result of the incident, Gardaí seized two vehicles.
Monaghan RPU continue to appeal to learner permit drivers to "please" adhere to learner permit restrictions. According to local Gardaí, both drivers will receive follow up Fixed Charge Notices.
