Cavan County Council has signed contracts with local firm Crosserlough Construction for the delivery of 17 social homes for two separate developments in Killeshandra and Ballyjamesduff.
The project comprises in Ballyjamesduff of nine units - four one-bed homes and five two-bed homes. While eight units will be built in Killeshandra consisting of four two-bed homes, three three-bed homes, and one four-bed home.
The lead designer on the project is Cavan firm Wynne, Gormley, Gilsenan Architects, and other contractors involved include Renaissance Engineering, Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers, and Walsh
Associates Quantity Surveyors. Speaking following the contract signing, Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council, Cllr TP O'Reilly said he was delighted to sign contracts with Crosserlough Construction for the delivery of these 17 homes.
He said that not only is Cavan County Council providing homes to 17 families in Ballyjamesduff and Killeshandra, but we are supporting employment locally, keeping jobs in the county and boosting the local economy.
