Just under 2,000 vaccines were administered in the last month of the vaccine centres in Cavan and Monaghan.
The HSE ended its use of the Glencarn Hotel and Hotel Kilmore earlier this summer.
Meanwhile, the HSE opened the fixed location vaccination centres across the country in April 2021 to roll-out the Covid-19 vaccines to the public.
In May, the closure of the centres was announced, as the vaccination programme moved to a new phase.
The Cavan centre, located at the Hotel Kilmore ran until June 24th of this year, and over the 14 months it was opened, just under 85,000 vaccines were administered.
In the month before it closed, there were 1038 vaccines administered, the majority of which were booster vaccines for Over 65s.
76 of them were first or second doses in people under 65.
In Monaghan, vaccines were provided at the Hillgrove Hotel, and later at the Glencarn Hotel.
64,000 doses were administered across the two centres until operations in Castleblayney were wound down in May.
In its last month, there were 938 vaccines given there, with almost two-thirds of those being boosters for people aged 65 plus.
59 were dose one and dose two vaccines for children aged 5 to 11.
For those eligible, the HSE is continuing to provide access to Covid-19 vaccines through pop-up vaccination clinics.
