Sr. Marie Grignon Hayes (SSL) died on Wednesday, 4th September 2024, peacefully in the loving care of her St. Louis Sisters and the staff at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her parents, Timothy and Mary, her sisters; Helena, Rosalie, Sr. Alcantra SSL, Sr Anne SSL and her brothers; Cornelius, Patrick and Jim. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister Kathleen, extended family, friends and her St. Louis Community.
Remains will be reposing in St. Louis Convent, Monaghan from 4.30pm until 6pm on Friday, 6th September. Evening Prayer at 6pm. Requiem Mass will take place in St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan H18 W863 at 11 a.m. on Saturday, 7th September, followed by burial in Latlurcan Cemetery.
