Sean Smith died on Thursday, October 3rd 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family after a short illness.
Cherished husband to Bernie, treasured father to Declan, Shane and Denise. Fondly remembered by his daughter in law Maeve and his adored grandchildren; Clodagh, Rebecca and Donnacha.
Sean was predeceased by his parents; Benny and Margaret and his brother Andy.
His brothers; Phil and Paul, his sisters in law; Kathleen, Bernie and Ann, his nephews, nieces, in-laws, friends, neighbours and a wonderful, dedicated work community stretching far and wide, will sorely miss Sean.
Sean will repose privately at home with his family on Friday, 4th and Saturday, 5th. Removal on Sunday to arrive at St. Dympna’s Church, Upper Lavey A82 XW61 for Funeral Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
The family home is strictly private.
