PJ Denning died on Friday, 13th December 2024, peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Philip and Kathleen.
Will forever be missed by his siblings; Monica (Seamus), Geraldine (Fred), Eamon, Noeline (Ken RIP), Catherine (Keith), Caroline (Jim) and Anthony (Veronica RIP), his nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, colleagues, and his wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Mullens Funeral Home, Cootehill (H16 EH61) this Saturday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral cortège to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Drung for requiem mass at 11.30am on Sunday, which can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/Drung , with burial immediately afterwards in Drung cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Irish Motor Neurone Disease, c/o funeral director, donation box in church or any family member.
House strictly private please
Denning’s Food Store & Post Office will close on Saturday at 1pm, and on Sunday at 11am, reopening on Monday morning at 9.00am.
The Stray Sod Bar, will close on Sunday to respectfully facilitate passing of the funeral cortège
and reopen following the procession.
