Michael McGivney died on Sunday, September 22nd (peacefully) at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents; Bernard & Maggie, sisters; Madge McGivney & Noreen McElchar, brothers in law; Charlie Fleming & Tony McElchar.

Michael will be sadly missed by his sister Rose Fleming (Drumlion, Ballinagh), his many nieces & nephews, the extended McGivney & Cahill Families, his wonderful neighbours and friends.

​Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home Kilnaleck on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday from his sister Rose's home (Drumlion, Ballinagh ) to St. Joseph's Church, Drumkilly arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired, to Palliative Care c/o Briody's Funeral Home or any family member.
