Michael Gaffney died on Monday,  February 10th. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital.

Beloved husband of Teresa and dear father of Martin, (Alice), AnnaMarie, Micheal (Hilary), Kieran (Paula), Catrina, Louise (Kevin), Paula (Derek), Colin (Iseult) and Aileen (Stephen), his 18 adored grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, brother Sean (Oldcastle), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends

Reposing in Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Wednesday evening from 6.00pm until 9.00pm.

Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 11.30am to St Matthew's Church, Drumavaddy, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu if desired to Vision Ireland, care of Declan Finnegan Funeral Directors or through donations box.
House private please.
