Maureen Mulvany (nee McCabe) died on Sunday, June 30th 2024
Pre Deceased by her beloved husband Jim, her parents; Bernard and Rose McCabe, her sister Breege Collins and her nephew John Collins. Maureen was the devoted mother of Rosaleen (Fergal Cahill) Annette (Con Casey) Mary (David Walker) Fiona (Donal Casey) Enda (Karen Gillespie) and Charlotte (Adrian O’Connor). Maureen will be very sadly missed by her loving family, her adored grandchildren; Roisín, Fionan, Laura, Aisling, Darragh, Orlaith, Sarah, Rachel, Mark, Clare, Eoin, Ciara, Eimear, Conor, Oisín. Dylan, Siobhán, Niamh, and Pauric, her great grandchildren; Cohen, Sarah, Jessica, and Emma, her brothers; Norbert and Brean, sister Sr Rosaleen, St. Clares, brother in law John Collins, sister in law Marie McCabe, and nephews; Sean and Breen, all her relatives and many friends.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan Town, H12 C821 tomorrow Monday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Maureen’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan on Tuesday morning at 11am. Following Mass the cortege will travel to Lakelands Crematorium for committal prayers and cremation.
No flowers please, donations in lieu would be appreciated by the family to St. Christopher’s Hospice, Cavan Co McMahon Funeral Directors, Farnham Rd, Cavan, or donation boxes in the Cathedral and Funeral Home.
