The death has occurred of Laurence McKenna

Hillcreast, Gallinagh, Monaghan and formerly Knocknalun, Scotstown

Friday 12th January in his 86th year. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving children in the kind and gentle care of the nursing staff in the "PC ward" in Louth County Hospital.

Predeceased by his loving wife Dympna, his father Jack Ned, his mother Teresa, his sister Sheila & brother Owen.

Laurence will be sorely missed by his children, Alan (Christine), Lorraine (Ray Hughes), Paul (Kate) & Joanne (Stephen Clarke). He will always be remembered with love by his grandchildren, Jack, Molly, Chloe, Anna, James, Peter, Seamus & Rose.

"May Laurence Rest Now In Eternal Peace"

Laurence will repose at his home (H18 T211) on Saturday (13th) from 3pm until 9pm & Sunday (14th) from 3pm until 9pm. Laurence's funeral procession will leave his home on Monday morning to arrive at St Macartan's Cathedral for 11am funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Latlurcan Cemetery.  Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed on:  https://www.mcn.live/camera/st-macartans-cathedral-monaghan

Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to "Palliative Care" c/o Clerkins Funeral Home or by donation box.
