Kitty Crosby (née Matthews) passed away on Wednesday, 4th September 2024. In her 92nd year. Peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Broomfield House, Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross.
Predeceased by her husband Peter, her son Gerard and her grandchildren Ian McGarrell, Damian Crosby & Niamh Crosby.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her beloved family; her daughters Teresa (Michael), Catriona (Denis) & Dolores (Kevin) and her sons Patrick (Noeleen), Peter (Anna Mai), Kevin (Fiona) & Ronan (Carmel), her daughter-in-law Regina, her much-loved seventeen grandchildren and her twenty one great-grandchildren, her sister Phyllis, her extended family, friends & neighbours.
May she rest in peace.
Kitty will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Main Street, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Thursday, 5th September, from 3pm until 8pm. Funeral Cortège will leave her home, St. Macartan's Villas, on Friday, 6th September, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Enda's Cemetery, Killanny.
