Sunday 1st December 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his infant son Andrew, his twin brother Thomas in infancy, siblings Ned, Andy and Nancy.
Johnny was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his loving wife MaryKate, children Annamay (Eamon), Sean (Bridget, Noleen (Benny), Siobhan (Finbarr), Sharon and Andrea. His adored grandchildren Aoibhinn, Oisín, Senán, Aisling, Aoife, Bronagh, Íosa and Grace. His siblings Mary and Terry (Louise), nieces, nephews, sisters in law, brothers in law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Tuesday 3rd December from 5.00pm until 8.00pm.
Removal from his home on Wednesday morning at 11.30am to St Matthew’s Church, Drumavaddy, to arrive for 12.00 noon Requiem Mass, Interment afterwards in the old Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, Donations in lieu if desired to Cavan Dementia day care unit, through donation box or care of Declan Finnegan, Funeral Director, or any Family member.
House private please.
