John Pat Dowd died on Wednesday, June 19th, peacefully at Esker Lodge Nursing Home, Cavan.
Predeceased by his parents; Peter & Lily and sister Gertie.
Deeply regretted by his loving sisters and brother Mary, Margaret, Dympna, Bernadette, (USA), Philip (Drumkilly), Eileen (Druminacoe, Drumkilly) and Nuala (Dundalk), brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially Nancy.
Reposing at Lakeland’s Funeral Home on Friday from 5.30pm – 7pm. Removal on Saturday to arrive at St. Dympna’s Church, Lower Lavey, for Funeral Mass at 12noon, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
