John Armstrong passed away on Sunday October 20^th 2024, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents, George and Elizabeth, sister Emily.

Dearly loved husband and best friend of Ann, loving father of Neil (Brigitta), Jean (PJ), Irene (Brendan) and Deirdre (Paddy).

Remembered with love by his wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, daughter in law, sons in law, sisters Eileen and Doreen, brother Robbie, extended family, neighbours, relatives and good friends.

Resting at the family home, tomorrow Monday from 2pm until 8pm. Family time thereafter please. Removal from the family home on Tuesday at 1.30pm arriving at St. Fethlimidh`s Cathedral, Kilmore for funeral service at 2pm, followed by burial in Kilmore Cathedral Parish Graveyard.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired to Patients Comfort fund, Cavan General Hospital c\o William Foster, funeral director, Ricehill, Crossdoney, Cavan.
