James (Jim) Smith

James (Jim) Smith died on Thursday, 11th July, peacefully at home, in the loving care of Geraldine & Olive.

Predeceased by his parents, his sister Mary Frances and brother-in-law Ned.

Jim will be sadly missed by his niece Geraldine, her husband Stephen and their children; Abbie, Bobby, Sarah, Lillie and James, his brother Simon, sister-in-law Marian, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Family would like to thank his carer Eileen and the Palliative Care Team who looked after Jim in his final weeks.

Jim will be reposing at O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Ryefield, Virginia (A82 C2N6) this Friday evening, June 12th from 5pm to 8pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11am in Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia with burial afterwards in Maghera Cemetery.
