James Connolly passed aeway on Wednesday, October 30th, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Monaghan General Hospital and surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Rose, his brother John and sisters Philomena and Rosaleen.

Sadly missed by his sons Brendan (Kim) and Fintan (Lorraine), daughter Elaine (Brendan), partner Majella, adored grandchildren Ellie, Noah, Chloe, Amy, Ben, Rosie, Kitty and Ned, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence at Drumbear (H18Y683) on Wednesday (30/10/2024) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday (31/10/2024) from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. Removal from his former residence at Lisnalee on Friday (01/11/2024) at 10.15 a.m. arriving at St. Michael’s Church, Corcaghan for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. House private to family and friends on Friday morning.
