Saturday January 11th 2025, peacefully after bravely fighting a long illness.

Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Ellen (Nellie) Collins, his brothers; James Patrick, John and Mick, sisters; Peggy and Sally and his nephews Mark, Lee and James.

Sadly missed by his brother Gerry and sister in law Helena, his sisters; Mary, Christina, Eileen and Agnes. Also by all his nieces, nephews and the extended Collins family. May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home , Farnham Rd , Cavan (H12C821) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Cullies Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if you so wish to the Palliative Care Unit, Cavan General Hospital.
