Fr Donald Hannon P E passed away on Sunday, November 10th, in the 61st year of his Priesthood.
Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Esker Lodge Nursing home, Cavan.
Predeceased by his parents James and Agnes, brothers Kenneth, Damian, Fr Raymond, sisters Pamela, Marian, and his brothers-in-law, Arthur and John.
Deeply regretted by his sister Carmel, sister-in-law Alicia, nephews, Ryan, Paul, Philip, Julius, nieces Caroline, Ayesha and Tara, cousins, Bosco, Helen, Kathleen, Marian, and their families. His many treasured friends and especially Anne and Bill and his devoted carer Norma, Bishop Martin Hayes, Bishop Leo O'Reilly and the Priests of the dioceses of Kilmore. His beloved parishioners in Arvagh and former parishes.
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, today Monday from 5.00pm until 7.00pm. Removal Tuesday to the Sacred Heart Church at 2.42pm, via Hannons Way, Broad Road and Main Street, Arva with reposing in the Sacred Heart Church, Arva from 3pm to 8pm.
Funeral Mass Wednesday at 1pm with interment afterwards in Coronea Cemetery .
At Fr Donald's request, donations in lieu of flowers to, Sacred Heart Church, Arva renovation fund.
