Christine Mc Cooey passed away peacefully following a short illness, surrounded by her cherished family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by her parents Kitty & Willy Mooney, her sisters Mary Dorgan, Kathleen Matthews and brother Peter Mooney.

Sadly missed  by her beloved husband John, sons Stephen, Liam (Sheena McKenna), Ciarán (Isabelle O’Neill), Kevin (Lisa Morgan) and daughter Sarah (Shane Black). Deeply regretted by sisters Noeleen Cullen and Margaret Hamill. Rememberec by her sisters and brothers in law, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE

Reposing at her home in Drumgoose, Castleblayney on Thursday, 13th February from 2pm until 8pm and again on Friday, 2pm to 8pm. House Private on Saturday morning please. Funeral cortège will leave her home on Saturday, 15th February arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am in St Patrick's Church Broomfield. Followed by burial  in the adjoining cemetery.
