Bridie McSherry (nee Flood) passed away on Sunday, 9th February 2025. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff in College View Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her husband Benny, daughter Nuala, infant daughter Rosemarie, grandson Dermot, and sister May Monahan.
Forever be missed by her children Sean (Kathleen), Nuala RIP (Benny), Mary (Billy RIP), Brian (Alice), Eileen (Tony) and Paddy. Always remembered by her grandchildren Sean, Peadar and Brian, Sean and Paul, Sinéad, Liam, Alan, Annemarie, Michelle, Leanne, Denise, Cathal and Rachel. Loved her 16 great grandchildren and her two great-great granddaughters. Deeply regretted by her sister Eileen Fitzpatrick, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Mullens Funeral Home, Cootehill (H16 FD25) this Monday from 5.30pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Tuesday evening from her residence to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Drung at 6.30pm for prayers, with Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 10.30am, which can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/Drung , with burial immediately afterwards in Drung cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to College View Patient Comfort Fund c/o funeral director, donation box in church or any family member.
