Bridget Smith passed away on Friday, May 24th, in the wonderful care of her family and the staff in College View Nursing Home, Cavan.

Predeceased by her husband Bernard, daughter Evelyn, brothers Paddy and John, sister Maura.

Beloved wife of the late Bernard.

Beloved mother of Maureen Cosgrove (Butlersbridge), Patricia Moore and Carmel Brady (Ballyhaise) and Anna Gunne (Milltown). Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons in law, her adored 11 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral home Dublin Road, Cavan on Sunday from 5pm until 7.30pm. Requiem Mass Monday at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Ballyhaise. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Castletara.

May she rest in peace.

The family would like to thank all the staff of College view Nursing Home for their wonderful care and kindness shown to Bridget and all the family. They made it a home away from home.
