Betty (Bridget) McGowan (née Reynolds) passed away on Thursday, September 19th, peacefully. She was in the wonderful care of the staff of the North West Hospice, Sligo. Betty had been lovingly cared for by the staff of sligo Univesity Hospital and community home support team prior to the North West Hospice.
Predeceased by her infant son Ronan, parents Delia and Francis Reynolds and siblings Peter, Michael, Paddy and John.
Greatly missed by her beloved husband, Máirtín and adoring family Martina, Niamh, Brendan, Mary, Ceola and Nessa.
Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Caren, sons-in-law James, Gus, Seán, John Joe, Michael, her much cherished grandchildren, Conor, Laura, Ríon, Ronan, Caoimhe, Seonaid, Oisín, Ronan, Seán, Caitlin, Cianna, Liadán, Finn and Cera, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lawlor's funeral home, Erne Hill, Belturbet (H14R583) on Saturday evening, September 21st from 5p.m. until 8p.m. Removal from the McGowan family home in Ballyconnell on Sunday morning to arrive at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes (H14 HN52), Ballyconnell for Funeral Mass at 1.30p.m. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
House strictly private please. Family Flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice, c/o Brian Fee, Funeral Directors, Ballyconnell.
